• We want to make the candidate experience as good as possible. It does not mean that we will accept everyone (we may wish!). This means that we want to give clarity to every candidate on the ongoing process, not leave them hanging, and move fast.
• We will not uselessly delay the recruitment process. To this day, we have responded to each candidate within 7 business days of the first screening interview.
• We will do our best to come up with a decision within 24 hours after a live interview or test. Most of the time it can, and has, been done in the same day.
• As we will be focused on interviewing the best candidates, faster, we are also finding lots of value in candidates that are actually able to maintain this momentum. This does mean being prompt at taking our test and scheduling interviews. We don't find value in uselessly delaying the process.
