We build software-as-a-service (Saas) products for the short-term rental industry. This would include vacation rentals and urban short-term rentals, whether they are booked through a "channel" (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo) or directly.
According to Precedence Research, the global vacation rental market size is expected to reach US $30.9 billion for 2022, and US $111.2 billion in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 17.3%.
In that market, we particularly serve property owners and real-estate investors. They constitute 97% of that market (the top 3% being property managers managing rentals on behalf of property owners or real-estate investors).
We offer our customers products built to make their experience of hosting dramatically easier.
In particular, we are known for our Guest experience product, focused on delivering personal messages at scale. Yes, we send automated messages, but what sets us apart is the possibility of having messages personally generated, with placeholder data, based on conditions, including detection of questions directly within messages. Those are messages that can be far more personal than any human could automate.
80% of property managers are not yet equipped with guest experience automation software (Data from Transparent), and the usage of guest experience software is still marginal for property owners.
